Our government relations engagement packages include all of the benefits of the Strategy & Education package and are designed for clients at every level.

The full package is a great offering for clients who are looking to outsource a Vice President or Director of Government Affairs position, or for organizations with big legislative or appropriations goals. ESP Advisors will lead your government relations and communications initiatives. This includes:

Intensive onboarding, during which we will audit your engagement and public-facing materials, identify your goals, and create a detailed landscape analysis and strategy to achieve them

Comprehensive leadership on government engagement, including leading the engagement strategy, meetings with key officials and congressional offices, and drafting legislation, appropriations requests, report language, hearing and briefing ideas, hearing testimony, and more

Strategic communications support, including writing and design for all government-focused materials (one pagers, presentations, etc.), as well as guidance on other messaging and public-facing content

Fees: $20,000 - $50,000 per month

The moderate package is for clients who have internal government-focused roles, have clear policy-focused goals, and need help with insight, strategy, capacity, and execution. ESP Advisors will work in partnership with your team to supercharge your efforts. This includes:

Focused onboarding, during which we will create a tailored strategy to achieve your existing goals and write/design (or update) one government-focused one pager

Management of government engagement, including facilitating meetings with key officials and congressional offices and helping you draft legislation, appropriations requests, report language, hearing and briefing ideas, hearing testimony, and more

Moderate strategic communications support including writing some government-focused materials (one pagers and presentations), as well as guidance on government-focused content

Fees: $10,000 - $20,000 per month

Fundamental onboarding, during which we will create a strategy to achieve your existing goals and write/design (or update) one government-focused one pager

Government engagement support, including advice and insight, facilitating some key meetings, and providing high-level input on legislation, appropriations requests, report language, hearing and briefing ideas, hearing testimony, and more

Limited strategic communications support, including an annual update to your government-focused one pager and high-level input on other public-facing content

Fees: $5,000 - $10,000 per month
